O Desvio Desnormativo: Corpo Queer e Alemanha

Este artículo explora cómo el Estado alemán utilizó el poder de la categorización para moldear y marginar a los cuerpos queer, destacando el impacto del Parágrafo 175 y la exclusión institucional de estos individuos del “yo” nacional heteronormativo. El análisis se basa en la teoría de identidad colectiva de Richard Jenkins y en el concepto de comunidades imaginadas de Benedict Anderson, abordando cómo el proceso de categorización reforzó las fronteras sociales y promovió intentos de erradicación y borrado de la memoria queer. Sin embargo, esta categorización externa también fomentó una resistencia comunitaria, en la que los espacios clandestinos, organizaciones y publicaciones se convirtieron en núcleos de resistencia y autodefinición.
